Digital Women Awards 2025 – Attendee FAQ

1. Tickets & Pricing
Q1. How much are tickets?
Members: £120 + VAT
Non-Members: £240 + VAT
Group of 5: £1,000 inc VAT
Group of 10: £1,900 inc VAT
Early‑bird pricing valid until 30 June 2025. Ticket prices will increase from 1 July 2025.
Q2. I’m a Digital Women member—can I bring guests at my rate?
Yes. Each member can book an unlimited number of guest tickets at the £120 + VAT member rate. Simply share your personalised booking link or promo code with colleagues, clients or friends.
Q3. I’m not a member. Can I join and then buy member‑rate seats?
Absolutely. Select the Membership + Ticket bundle at checkout (£82.50 inc VAT for annual membership + £120 ticket). Your discount is applied automatically.
Q4. Do finalists have to attend to win?
Attendance is not required—judging is independent. However, being in‑room means you receive your trophy (if you win), professional photos, and the printed 60 Digital Women to Watch magazine.
Q5. What is the refund policy?
We do not provide automatic refunds due to the bespoke nature of the event.
Refund requests will be reviewed on a case‑by‑case basis up to 17 August 2025.
From 18 August 2025 onward, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Name transfers remain free until 12 September 2025 (badge‑print cut‑off).
2. Event Day Logistics
Q6. When and where is it?
Date: Wednesday 17 September 2025
Time: 10:00 AM – 4:45 PM (doors & breakfast from 9:30 AM)
Venue: Cornwall Suite, De Vere Grand Connaught Rooms, 61‑65 Great Queen St, London WC2B 5DA
Q7. What’s the dress code?
“Dress your very best.” Business‑smart or occasion wear—whatever makes you feel confident.
Q8. Is the venue accessible?
Yes: step‑free entrance, lifts to all floors, accessible toilets, hearing‑loop on request. Email us for any additional accommodations.
Q9. Will there be food?
Yes. Ticket price includes breakfast pastries, a hot & cold buffet lunch, ice‑cream break, tea/coffee and a celebratory toast.
Q10. Can I leave luggage?
A staffed cloakroom is provided free of charge. Space is limited—no suitcases larger than airline cabin size, please.

Full detailed running order will be emailed one week before the event.
Q12. What do winners & finalists receive?
Winners: Trophy, certificate, professional photos, press pack.
Runners‑Up & Finalists: Certificate, photos. Digital assets will be emailed post‑event.
Q13. Will the event be photographed/recorded?
Yes. By attending you consent to photography & videography for promotional purposes. Let staff know on arrival if you require a non‑photography lanyard.
4. Travel & Accommodation
Q14. Nearest stations?
Holborn (Central/Piccadilly): 3 min walk
Covent Garden (Piccadilly): 6 min walk
Tottenham Court Road (Elizabeth/Northern/Central): 8 min walk
Q15. Parking?
Limited. We strongly recommend public transport. Closest car parks: Bloomsbury Square and Holborn Gate (charges apply).
Q16. Hotels?
The Grand Connaught has partner rates with The Montague on the Gardens and The Hoxton, Holborn. Booking links will be in your confirmation email.
