Initially unsure of her career path, Izzy discovered her passion for digital marketing after exploring ICT, web design, and content creation during college. Izzy is currently completing a Team Leading qualification and plans to begin a Digital Marketing Degree Apprenticeship to further her growth. Passionate about continuous learning and inspiring others, one of her proudest moments was returning to her college to share her journey in front of 200 students.

Leah Meirion Davies - Royal Welsh Agricultural Society

Emma is the founder of Red Lighthouse Local, a creative business she launched nearly two years ago after being made redundant from a marketing role where social media was undervalued. With a mission to support both men and women who need a helping hand, Emma offers a personal, affordable service across social media, photography, drone work, podcasting, and 1:1 training.

After overcoming personal challenges, Emma channelled her experiences into building Red Lighthouse Local – a business rooted in support, creativity, and local impact. Since launching with nothing more than an idea and Canva, Emma has helped over 50 Kent-based businesses thrive through social media, photography, and 1:1 training. She’s a passionate mental health advocate, speaking in schools and using her platform to uplift others. Her story is one of strength, purpose, and staying true to her values of trust, accessibility, and local support.
